Our products are precision machined metal and plastics with tolerances ranging from .0001” and larger.

Metal Spinning
We have the capabilities to provide parts less than 1” to as large as 62” in diameter.

Our fiberglass capabilities include various shapes and sizes that result in a light weight, high strength, corrosion resistant material which replaces various steels, aluminum, or brass in a wide variety of applications.

Metal Casting
Our established relationships with multiple foundries allow us to supply investment, sand, aluminum and steel castings from prototype to large production runs.

Extruded / Die Formed Assemblies
Our air diffusers are extruded and /or die formed assemblies. This product line was initially created to fulfill the needs for obsolete Mestek parts.

Sheet Metal
Alek works with various gauge materials to make complete assemblies using spot welding, welding, and riveting.

Electrical Contacts
Contacts are made using a wide variety of base metals such as copper, stainless steel, beryllium copper and tungsten.

Machined Plastics
We machine plastic materials including but not limited to nylon, PVC, acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, and Teflon.

Molded Assemblies
Some of the processes involved in our molded assemblies are injection, foam in capsulation or compression using; flora silicone, thermoplastics, polypropylene, polyurethane, etc.

Radio Line Sections
Our Radio Line Sections vary in size from ½” to 1 5/8” and cover a wide range of frequencies.

Circuit Card Extractors
Circuit Card Extractors are custom designed consisting of both composite material and formed components.
